By using EloNMX or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Personalized products
EloNMX creates custom artwork and personalized products using customer-supplied photos and instructions.
Photo rights
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and authorize EloNMX and its service providers to process it for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
Artwork approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs before approval. Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Product appearance
Colors and appearance may vary slightly between digital screens and printed products due to differences in displays, printing processes, and materials.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout.
Prohibited content
Customers may not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material.
Intellectual property
EloNMX branding, website content, designs, graphics, and original materials may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Third-party services
Our store may rely on third-party providers including Shopify, Printify, payment processors, and shipping companies. Their services may also be subject to their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EloNMX is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
