Free US Shipping
We currently offer free standard/economy shipping on eligible US orders.

Artwork approval
Custom orders must be approved before they are sent to production. This approval step may affect total delivery time.

Production and delivery
After artwork approval, your order is submitted for production. US shipping generally takes approximately 4–8 business days after production, although times may vary by destination, carrier, holidays, and order volume.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. EloNMX is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@elonmx.com within 14 days and include photos of the product and packaging.
